Can your seasons change?

Can ageing affect how the colour palettes appear on us?

As I've become older I've felt less comfortable with the Spring palette. The characteristic of a Spring is clarity and contrast and I feel I've become more muted over time. My eyes are less green and more hazel.

The Clear Pallette

In Colour me younger there is a lot of information on how we all get a bit cooler and softer with age. Barbara Streisand is an example. Barbara has a very clear look as a younger woman.  She is much more muted in her later years

I think I am now more of a soft and the palette has changed. The brownish colours are similar to the spring but everything is toned down

The soft palette

Have your colours changed over time?
